The Amazon Rainforest is a majestic, awe-inspiring environment home to astonishing forest and river landscapes, and some of the richest, most biodiverse regions of the world.

In this 5-day experience, we will guide you on an immersive journey within these landscapes through forest bathing, contemplative practices, meditative walks, deep nature connection experiences, and nature coaching to discover the power of The Water, The Tree and The Forest Archetypes, so that you can learn to harness them for your own personal growth.

In this fully immersive adventure, expect slowness, embodiment, sensory awakening, music, and storytelling around the bonfire. Expect connection, community building, and a deep sense of belonging.

Embark on a 2-hour journey with a local guide who will open your eyes to the awe-inspiring bird diversity that exists in the Amazon jungle. This is one of the world’s top bird-watching destinations so whether you are into ornithology, a bird enthusiast or simply love nature (and yes, you do), you won’t want to miss this opportunity.

Cooking Class

There are few better ways to connect with a culture than through its food and culinary heritage. This is why one-on-one of the bonus activities you will be preparing your own chocolate from local cacao beans, as well as making a few typical dishes of the Amazon region. We guarantee you have never tasted anything like this before!

Night-time jungle hike

When the sun comes down, the Amazon forest lights up! In this 40-minute guided tour, discover the magic that can only be seen by the lucky few who explore the jungle in the dark of night.

You will be staying in truly gorgeous accommodations at the Kuyana Amazon Lodge in Archidona, Ecuador. We will have our own private restaurant, a pool (filled with filtered rainwater) to relax in, comfortable beds and many areas for resting, inner reflection and nature contemplation. Double, triple, and quadruple rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and are included in the program fees.

Meals

A delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served daily, also included in the program fees. Should you have any food restrictions or requirements, we will do our best to accommodate them.

Language of the workshop

The official language of the workshop is English, but translation in Spanish will be available upon request.

I am a published author, TedEx Speaker, Professional Certified Coach (member of The International Coaching Federation), Certified Dance Movement Therapist, Ecotherapist and Ecopsychologist, and founder of The Nature Coaching Academy.

With over 20 years of experience in leading groups and individuals, I have accompanied more than 30,000 people on their personal growth path since 2000.

I have a Master's Degree in Philosophy and a Postgraduate degree in “Futuro Vegetale” at the University of Florence, where I studied plant intelligence and plants as a model of social innovation.

I am also a certified Ecotherapist and Ecopsychologist, having graduated at the Pacifica Graduate Institute (a fully accredited US-based institution) and studied with some of the most important exponents of ecopsychological research such as Linda Buzzell Saltzman, Craig Chalquist and Andy Fisher.
